The epoxy flooring was being installed in an office and research building.
The installers stopped shot blasting halfway down the wide long hall and never got to the lobby.
The old VCTs joints, where wet mopping had seeped between them, telegraphed through the new flooring.
The area shot blasted had an orange peel appearance, which was acceptable but not the telegraphing of the old tiles joints
The photographs with the railings, second floor. Work was stopped before the installers got there.
You can see in those photographs where the water seeped between and under the tiles.
That was a maintenance issue.
The joints telegraphing?
You make the call.
A lot of money was lost on this job.
