Billy Simmons, from IFCII, will teach a class on how to properly measure ceramic and stone tile issues, such as warpage.
If you have attended a class, and this was not taught, you did not attend a tile inspection class.

1:15 Thomas Laurenzi, CEO Delmhorst Meters. The Science behind your moisture meter, and how to correctly use your meter and moist important, interpret your measurements.

Mark Cordle, a nationally known and recognized construction and code expert will teach a class on building codes vs. flooring codes, or standards vs standards.

10:15 AM - Noon - William Thornton. Mr. Thornton is the technical manager in charge of Tarkett's Sports Floor Division World Wide
Mr. Thornton will teach us the different types of adhesives, and what substrates they MUST be used on and the products they MUST be used with.

Mapie's Jason Cantain is in charge of two programs.
1. Water proofing, how is it done and what to look for when not done correct.y
2. Sound proofing
The sound proofing class was a special request from the late Roy Reichow.
As more and more town houses, dupexs and condominiums are being built, there have been dramatic increases in Sound Complaint Inspections.
As more hard surfaces are installed in those buildings, the more noise complaints there are. Do you need a thousand dollar sound meter? Attend and learn why.
